Pricing depends on truck size: $110/hr for 2 movers with a 4.5 tonne truck (plus $80 call-out fee), $130/hr for 2 movers with a 7.5 tonne truck (plus $100 call-out fee), $160/hr for 2 movers with a 10 tonne truck, or $180/hr for 2 movers with a 12 tonne truck (plus $150 call-out fee). The rate includes blankets, trolley, dolly, and straps. Cling wrap is $50 per roll if needed, and boxes are priced by quantity.

Yes, your belongings are covered. To make a claim, there is a $1,100 excess and you will need the original receipt for the item being claimed.

Clear pathways, disassemble large furniture where possible, pack loose or fragile items separately, and set aside anything travelling with you rather than the truck.
The first flight of stairs (up to 15 steps) is included. Each additional flight adds $10/hr. If the distance from the truck to your door is more than 50 metres, the rate increases by $10/hr per additional 50 metres. Lifts do not add any extra charge.
