By booking a service with Sydney Movers and Packers ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We provide residential and commercial removalist services, including packing, loading, transport, and unloading, as agreed at the time of booking. Service inclusions and pricing are confirmed in your quote.
A booking is confirmed once accepted by both parties. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.
Pricing is based on the rates confirmed in your quote at the time of booking. Payment is due on completion of the move unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not charge hidden fees beyond what is disclosed in your quote.
We take reasonable care in handling your belongings and carry transit insurance and public liability cover. Any damage must be reported to us in writing within [7] days of the move. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
You are responsible for ensuring items are appropriately packed (unless packing is part of the service booked), disclosing any items requiring special handling, and ensuring clear access to pickup and delivery locations.
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, building access restrictions, or elevator availability. Additional time required due to restricted access may incur extra charges.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the value covered under our transit insurance policy. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
